Authorized transfer domain to 1and1

I want to transfer one of my domain to 1and1 propritor, the next step for finalized the process the they I have to authorized this transfer....

But i have receive any email and i don't see any link for this in my interface

 

 

 

Could you tell where or how may I do ?

Contact our sales department and we'll remove ID protection from the domain for you, that way you can approve the transfer to the new registrar
