Poor customer service

I am very disappointed with HH  i renewed my hosting plan and transferred my domain here from another company on the 30th /7/2013 and unfortunately they could not transfer my domain as the EPP was not correct on the 31st i sent another Epp code and it took HH three days to reply my ticket.On Aug 6th sent another ticket but to a different department which was replied to in less than 30 min stating that my ticket has been submitted to the right department and that i should wait for the response shortly.

I have not receive a reply since then and my website has been disabled

It feels like customer service is only for new members here

I really did not mind waiting as long as i knew what was happening.

I think this is not a very professional way of dealing with customers.

Looks like ####### has disabled my domain name
I tried opening the website but this is what i was getting.
NOTICE: This domain name expired on 07/30/2013 and is pending renewal or deletion.
I don't know what to do any more.
I have paid the fees here but seems like i should not have transferred my domain from #######
Could you please help me resolve this issue.

Hello,

As we informed you in ticket ID ###### the domain transfer failed due to the wrong EPP code.

If we attempt the transfer again your domain name will be inaccessible until it completes due to it expiring. If you want your domain to be available sooner you may just want to renew it with ####### and we'll process the transfer after.

At the moment it's not available.So how long will it take for hawkhost to resolve the issue.
I think i will need my money back.
 i sent the second Epp code yesterday and it took a whole day for me to get this reply and how comes the ticket ID ##### has been deleted i thought they should be left there for my future reference.
Am very disappointed in hawk host at the moment.

If you would prefer to renew the domain at ####### we can refund the $10.95 you've paid us. Please let me know what you decide to end up doing. If you want to transfer to us please confirm the correct EPP code and we'll initiate a transfer which should complete within 5 days or less.

I did send you another EPP code on the 31st strange it took you three days to reply.
How long does the refund process take?
I really don't care where the domain name is as long as it works after all looks like the pace of things here and at ####### is the same.
