I can't log on to the "Help Desk"

The screen displays "Invalid Username or Password",I confirm my email and password are correct.

Hello, I am also having this problem. Neither the password sent to me in the email nor my normal Hawk Host password works. I have tried resetting it too but it didn't help, so I have submitted a ticket.

You'll want to login to your helpdesk (https://support.hawkhost.com) using your client area password (https://my.hawkhost.com/clientarea.php)

 

We use a login sharing system and the credentials are derived from the client area and not the helpdesk
