I tried contacting HH support before but this is the first time that support has taken this long to resolve. My issue is not overly complex. Just a simple account reset. I apologize this wasn't communicated to you sooner, though at this time it appears your initial request was handled so I believe this to be resolved. If you're having any other problems or issues though please PM me and I'd be happy to address them. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding however!
