President-Anonymous Posted June 18, 2012 Report Posted June 18, 2012 I think it would be a great value to your customers, possible future customers, and on the business side of things, to offer unmanaged hosting for those people who are more "tech aware" and who can actually manage their own sites. Brian Posted June 19, 2012 Report Posted June 19, 2012 All of our hosting is unmanaged currently, we don't have any managed solutions available for any of our plans. While our support is always available to help/debug site issues we're not providing what could be considered a managed option. Quote
