Unable to login to support system on multiple accounts.

We recently enabled login sharing between our client area and helpdesk accounts which may explain the password inconsistencies you're getting. Could you please try logging in using your client area credentials? If that doesn't work I'd ask you to please submit a ticket at https://support.hawkhost.com so we can investigate this with your private account details handy (don't want that posted in a public forum obviously).
