I know I shouldn't ask official help in forums.

But I have posted 5 support ticket, none of them give me a clear reply.

Why my account status is still pending? I had paid money 9 hours ago, nobody explain the delay.

Could I install Django framework in shared hosting?

Your account status is still on pending. I will have this ticket transferred to our xxx department for your assistance. Kindly hold on for updates.

You should only create one ticket on the matter. Creating multiple tickets or bumping existing tickets will mean it will take longer to get a reply. As the reply you got states, wait for an update from the department where your ticket has been transferred to and then you will get a clearer reply of the problem. It does take a bit of time and patience.
