Why my account status is still pending? I had paid money 9 hours ago, nobody explain the delay. Could I install Django framework in shared hosting? Creating multiple tickets or bumping existing tickets will mean it will take longer to get a reply. As the reply you got states, wait for an update from the department where your ticket has been transferred to and then you will get a clearer reply of the problem.
