Why my account status is still pending? I had paid money 9 hours ago, nobody explain the delay. Could I install Django framework in shared hosting? Fowler Posted April 4, 2012 Report Posted April 4, 2012 You should only create one ticket on the matter. Creating multiple tickets or bumping existing tickets will mean it will take longer to get a reply. As the reply you got states, wait for an update from the department where your ticket has been transferred to and then you will get a clearer reply of the problem. It does take a bit of time and patience. Quote
