I've purchased web hosting yesterday and opened a ticket for my namesevers, Tony got back to me saying he needs an explanation of why the location on the order is different to the address I'm ordering from. So I posted an explanation but no one is getting back to me and the ticket is marked critical. Is this how you deal critical tickets?
