I've purchased web hosting yesterday and opened a ticket for my namesevers, Tony got back to me saying he needs an explanation of why the location on the order is different to the address I'm ordering from.

So I posted an explanation but no one is getting back to me and the ticket is marked critical.

Is this how you deal critical tickets?

If you don't want to allow me to host at hawkhost, you should deal matters in a rapid manner and give me a full refund ASAP.
