Casuh
Hi Guys, I will jump directly to my problem. Recently i have some malware problems with one of my websites. When trying to access the website i get this message: Reported Attack Page! ( This web page at mammothpixel.com has been reported as an attack page and has been blocked based on your security preferences.) My question is: Is there any way to install an antivirus that can scan files directly on the server? I read something about ClamAv - an open source (GPL) antivirus which can be used directly for Cpanel - but it seams that i can't install it. How do you guys protect yourself from viruses, malwares...and how do you act when you are in trouble? Is there any antivirus than can scan the files through an FTP software - or something like that? Thanks a lot from your support! Husac
Brian
Hello, We have system level software we can use to scan your account and provide you the results. Please contact our support team at https://support.hawkhost.com (if you haven't already) and ask they scan your account. Alternatively you could download a copy of your account via FTP to your local computer, and scan the folder you download it to with a local Antivirus program.
