Hi,

I signed up for a one month option and my account and domain is up and running. I am now wondering if I will be billed automatically with each month or if I must manually extend my account. If so, how do I do so?

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forums! :D -- The answer to your question depends on a few factors, namely your payment method:

If you paid with a credit card, and saved your card details on file, then our system will automatically bill you on the invoice due date each month. If you paid with a credit card but did not save your card details on file, then you will be required to login and pay manually.

If you paid with Paypal and setup a subscription (you can check if you have an active one with us in your recurring payments dashboard from your Paypal account), then each month that'll pay the invoice. If not, you'd need to login to your client area and pay each invoice manually.

Our system generates invoices 7 days prior to the due date, and we provide a 7 day grace period after, giving you a total of 14 days to make payment on the invoice before your service is suspended.

If I didn't answer your question or you need some more details, either reply here or submit a ticket with our billing department at https://support.hawkhost.com -- Also worth noting while we do monitor these forums and do our best to reply in a timely fashion, a ticket will almost always be replied to sooner. Another advantage is a ticket lets us pull up account details specific to you, so we can give you less of a generic answer to these questions :)
