why is happening?

when will the migration completed?

why is it done during peak period?

my site is affected badly as it load ever so slowly

very irresponsible to do so during peak period!

why is happening?

- It's happening because we want all shared hosting users on our shared web hosting platform and not mixed with resellers. It allows us to offer new features which can't be offered on such servers. It also allows to move the accounts to newer hardware.

when will the migration completed?

Was explained it ends on Friday

why is it done during peak period?

- It takes days to migrate the amount of data we're moving. So unless we want major data sync problems we need to migrate users the entire time not just during what people would define as off peak time. Which for most of our servers is only a few hours due to people all over the globe who use our service. So if we did migrations only during the few hours where servers are slightly less loaded we'd have user data weeks out of sync.

my site is affected badly as it load ever so slowly

- That would be totally unrelated as you made this post when we were not even migrating sites we were prepping to do more. Along with that the server load while we migrate barely changes at all so it's not even noticable us doing it. So whatever the issue is you're experiencing it's totally unrelated.
