Hi all,

I just wanted to send a quick message of thanks to you guys.

I signed up a couple of days ago after a terrible time with my previous host (Ipower). I got fed up of down time and the constant slow speed trying to do anything. I tried updating stuff like databases and joomla etc and would have to wait for at least 2 minutes for the page to refresh - only to be shown a blank page. Combined with their lack of support I felt it was the time to switch.

I'm kicking myself for not finding you guys sooner. I was so pleased that the sign-up process went so smoothly and I was up and running in no time. I'm hugely impressed by the cpanel stuff too. Ipower use vdeck which isn't so great at all. I can't say enough good things about you guys, and coming from me that is quite amazing :D

Another thing I like is the fact that you share information with us. I really like this forum and the blog. It gives a real family atmosphere which is so unusual with todays hosts.

The only thing I'm left wondering is whether my domain name will transfer OK. I changed the nameservers etc so it's all working OK right now, just hoping the domain will transfer OK.

Anyway, I felt I needed to thank you guys. It is so refreshing to find a host you don't want to kill. ;)

Thanks for the kind words - we love it when our clients reach out and let us know they're satisfied :). It looks like your transfer was pending and it's not moving along nicely.. looks like it'll be done shortly.

I received an email informing me that the domain transfer didn't work so I put in a ticket with you guys (support). I have also been losing email to my address at that domain, I'm not sure this is to do with the domain transfer (I put the details of that in the support ticket too).
