kandalf Posted October 9, 2010 Report Posted October 9, 2010 I tried to buy a shared hosting from hawkhost but the authorization has been voided I think the reason was that I used a credit card different from the account name. Should I use the same account name that is in the card? Can I use any paypal account? Or I need to use a paypal account with the same name that my account? Quote
Brian Posted October 10, 2010 Report Posted October 10, 2010 Generally if the name on the credit card or Paypal account does not match the name used when signing up the order will be marked as fraud. If you email [email protected] and provide us the order number / domain name you used when signing up we can give you the exact reason it was voided and work with you to get the account setup Quote
