Additionally, were you able to get this to work before? Amazon might have change the ports recently. They may or may not use the traditional ports. You can possibly use an NMAP too to sniff which ports are on "listen" state from their end.
SSL set up is really tricky and usually complicated. Just a quick question, would it be an added cost to have someone over the phone help us with this?
I think a ticket number should help here since it will also show who was able to assist you that time. It would also show on what happened throughout the issue.
Just an advice buddy, you might need to have the Paypal account associated with a credit card and be verified since you will have issues in the future, I mean on paypal side. I think you will only have limits of how much money you can withdraw or something like that.
Just out of curiousity, did this issue affected only a single user? It's pretty interesting since support panel and website would have the same credentials.

Just curious on this, it think this is more likely to be an ISP issue. If users from China are blocked from accessing this site, is there something that you guys can do about this?
Possibly, if someone can create a thread for Chinese users here, there would be possibilities though of having one. Anyway, the current support right now is actually doing good.
