CharlesL Posted January 28 Report Posted January 28 Yesterday I moved my domain names to Hawk Host since they are already doing my webhosting. My main domain's email is working fine, but my subdomain email is broken. I started a ticket but they keep asking me to send them the headers from the email that I'm have a problem with. I keep explaining that the problem is that I can't send or receive email so their is no email to get headers from. Quote

CharlesL Posted January 28 Author Report Posted January 28 I am now receiving emails. I'm not sure what changed, but sending and receiving hasn't worked since yesterday afternoon. Hopefully it is now resolved. Quote
