First, sorry for my bad english. 

Anyone in this forum have the issues : "your php installation appears to be missing the mysql extension which is required by wordpress"

I try to fix this problem but i cant. Please help me. I find the problem in google but impossible.

It's likely you don't have the 'mysqli' extension enabled for the PHP version you're using. You can fix this by logging into cPanel for your account and then search for 'Select PHP Version'. From this interface you can enable/disable PHP extensions and also modify your PHP settings under 'Switch to PHP Settings'.
