Hello, Thank you for your reply's, Okay so if someone puts in a dispute paypal will most likely give them there money back? also how would it work if in my TOS it says there's no refunds coz the software if full viewable code? also how long do you have to wait until its safe to take the money out of paypal?

Well after reading loads of forums around it look like a lot of people selling virtual good are scammed a lot. Like the buyer putting in a dispute as there is no why to proof they have received the item? I was making a commercial product but thinking again about it now. So how do you guys sell with paypal and not get scammed?

hello wrinkle, Litespeed is the web server that hawkhost uses, its not to do with the Linux server it self it just serves the web pages to the out side world. CHMOD will work as its a part of the file permission of Linux. As for been secure from what i know litespeed is very secure.

also a little more do you have register globals off or on and do you have mcrypt install?

(eg: php 5.2.8 etc) 4) is your svn stable and fast? and will you offer it all the time (as i am making a project and your the only good host that has svn) 5) What type of security measures do you take on your servers? 6) How many staff members do you have and how old are they? (do not have to give full ages you can go like mid 20's etc)

more in the DNS side i want to know can we use our domains dns and put @ and www to the servers ip and the mail nameserver to the servers ip or will it not work?

I would like to know do you offer DNS control to make our own CNAMES, A-RECORDS and custom MX? As this is something i use a lot on my other host and they rae very crap and i have only used cpanel a very long time ago (cpanel 9).

I mite be wrong but it mite be go by what it can use and i am sure the lightspeed software would not use 4 cores to its self. i am sure 2 cores for that software would be more then needed. (i maybe wrong) Also will mod_svn and all that still work with lightspeed?
