  1. YES, I told you that..... See 1st post... Good question.... Please resolve it as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
  2. So I was told you stay on stable version of cPanel http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/ChangeLog/CPanelVersion1132 Currently you're using 11.32..3 (build 19) Given all the security updates and patches .... It would be nice.
  3. Your semi-dedicated does not fit with hosting standards. Sounds more like a re-sell account with some extra hardware. VPS was what I was thinking of switching to, but yours is not competitive in price at the moment.
  4. Wonders if you could also setup Apache's Elastic Search http://www.elasticsearch.org
  5. XenForo With over 200+ modifications, add-ons, skins, template edits, and 3rd party products .... We're running flawlessly. I imagine the only time we ever could possibly get noticed.... Is when we 1) backup the database 2) rebuild the system cache, which only happens when we install something or change a template. http://www.sociallyuncensored.eu/forums
  6. That is disappointing you feel that way. IP v6 should have many free IP though
  7. You seem to be lacking in that department. There are web hosting companies which have been around for 10+ years, who offer dependable services, as the customer needs them.
  8. I recall making that request before... It wasn't noticed (seemingly ignored)
  9. What is restricting you from offering this?
  10. Not everyone needs the sun, the moon, and the stars. For example, 1 CPU Core 2 GB Ram 5 GB HD Space (I only currently use 400MB at the moment) 40 GB Bandwidth This would make for a simple enough VPS
  11. I think it would be a great value to your customers, possible future customers, and on the business side of things, to offer unmanaged hosting for those people who are more "tech aware" and who can actually manage their own sites.
  12. Currently, there doesn't seem to be an option to close a resolved ticket. At the moment, we have to wait for it to self close. Which of course also sends out several e-mails to remind us that it will be closing. I think it would be easier on your support, customers, and your mail servers, if there was an option to close a ticket.
  13. Softlayer, which as I understand it, is your upstream provider, offers data centres in both Amsterdam and Singapore. I personally, would be interested with a Amsterdam location. And I would imagine some of your Asian customers maybe interested with Singapore
  14. A more faster, safer, and updated control panel; which uses fewer resources is DirectAdmin http://www.directadmin.com/ You would also be surprised to learn that the overall cost is cheaper, saving not only your customers money, but your company as well. Further more, it supports a wider range of systems (Cloud Linux, Red Hat, Cent OS, Debian, Ubuntu) This would make for a good alternative to cPanel
  15. I think it would be very beneficial for you to offer Debian or maybe Ubuntu for your VPS servers. I would also like to see unmanaged VPS options.
  16. Correct. Tony, CEO of Hawk Hast has corrected the issue nicely
  17. Oh come on. Your support was upset when I didn't reply back to him in ticket / e-mail in 18 minutes ..... But now you leave me hanging for hours ?!?
  18. cPanel and PHP has been updated. YAY! Was so excited to learn this. Still stubbornly waiting for MySQL to follow. Would like 5.6, but can settle for 5.5.

  19. Thank you Was very pleased to see this. Now if I can only get someone to please understand the value of MySQL 5.5 (or newer), we'll be all set.
  20. I do apologies. Before coming here, I did check Cloudflare's status page. Perhaps my browser had cached a local copy. Respectfully, I use Cloudflare for my protection, but for yours too.
  21. You're better off e-mailing them so that you have a clearer record of communication.
  22. I have a reselll account with only 1 single XenForo website, which uses far less resources than your IPB forum requirements or even vBulletin. Uses a little less resources than phpBB (free open source) edit: And the target page is only a simple HTML page, not the forum which Pingdom does not test. Further, I have it setup to check once every 5 minutes, which means it checks less often then you claim to test and yet found more issues. And finally, the report does not cover March 22, but April (outside and after the planned hardware maintenance). Finally, this is my ticket. Unless I feel it is a security issue, I stick to forums in public.
  23. Uptime 81.67% Downtime 5d 11h 59m 4s Number of downtimes 1157
  24. Nice public relations press release. Not nearly accurate, but nice. Again, some things can not be patched 100% of the time. Sometimes an upgrade is required. https://access.redhat.com/security/updates/backporting/ I would "suggest" you upgrade to MySQL 5.5 for better performance, security, and improved features. We will re-visit this concept with you at a later time.
