Tony Posted May 18, 2010 Report Share Posted May 18, 2010 The Jedi server has crashed and upon investigation once we KVM'ed into the server it had kernel panic'ed. We've already rebooted the system and it should be back online within 15 minutes. We're sorry about any inconvenience this may cause but unfortunately some things are out of our control such as kernel panics. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Tony Posted May 18, 2010 Author Report Share Posted May 18, 2010 All VPS's have been back up for a little bit and we've been investigating the cause for the kernel panic. It appears that the memory in bank 8 has failed and caused the original panic and now is not even available to the system at all. So we will be scheduling a maintenance window in the next week to replace the memory on this server. When we have a concrete time on the window a new notice will be posted on the forum.
