Tony Posted June 2, 2012 Report Share Posted June 2, 2012 The voodoo server has crashed around 6:15 PM EDT due to a kernel panic. Upon booting the machine back up we noted that a file system check was now required to bring the server back online. We will be running the file system check now then investigate further once the machine is online why there was a kernel panic. We're assuming it may be due to a hardware issue most likely (memory) but we won't know for sure until we're able to check system logs.
