One of the best places to look for documentation on cPanel / WHM is the cPanel documentation itself: http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/CpanelDocs/WebHome . They did a wonderful job documenting every facet of their control panel with succinct and accurate documentation. Typically once you setup your WHM you'll first add a package and then simply add a account via the WHM control panel (ip:2087) Quote
