Thanks in advance Well, if you got OS X installed, you could always try "DrawIt"; its available on the Mac App Store. If your on Windows, then maybe Inkscape? Hope this helps. Quote

BUT some others tools are also used for its designing so i am going to share it with you. These tools include Dreamweaver, Fire bug, Adobe Flash, and Panic Coda. I mostly used these tools to make my design of Joomla Templates, CSS Templates, Magento Templates and PrestaShop Templates Quote
