    Has there been any progress on this? I see no updates since yesterday (4/27) evening. Issue: All outbound email flagged as spam regardless where its going to - aol, hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc. Aol/yahoo drops the email entirely, hotmail/gmail and some other entities report as spam. Using different smtp (zoho) provider, email arrives to all of the above and not flagged as spam.

    Thanks for making it clear. Both shared and shared cloud hosting products are available but it's confusing from the order confirmation page which one you're on as it just says shared hosting.

    Is nyc008 a shared web host or shared cloud web host?

    @Brian I just received a response that this is an unsupported format at this time. I can understand that. It's worth exploring this format for the benefits noted above in the first cpanel.net link.

    This is in reference to ticket # EOA-973-63985 . Trying to migrate my account from another host who also uses cpanel but has email configured using mdbox format. According to: https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/68Docs/Mailbox+Conversion https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/maildir-vs-mailbox-mdbox-when-transferring-account.623223/ mailbox format can be configured on a an account bases. How do I get my account converted to use mdbox format? Thank you.
