Hi, I have order Shared Hosting - Standard Status is still pending I've contact support departmen but still no progress and reply like this: This ticket has been escalated to our level 2 billing team. We'll get back to you with an update as soon as possible. Why take so long time to progress or check my order? Here my ticket: #GMI-591-68548
