I have the same problem I have paid for a new package today but I still haven't receive any email for my cPanel access. More 24 hours from now --------------staff HH ---------------answer : Hello, Your account status is Pending. You will get a 'Hosting Account Welcome E-mail' once its setup which will contain all the necessary information about Nameservers, login credentials to access cPanel etc. Please wait for it.
