If you haven't heard by now, a major web host (I'm not going to name names) had a catastrophic failure over the weekend. They were testing the fire suppression system in their data center and the system was accidentally triggered. The retardant damaged equipment in the DC including hard drives. They have had SEVERAL servers down for over 48 hours. Their customers are at the boiling point. My question: What does Hawk Host have in place to prevent (or minimize) an event such as this from occurring? Thank you

The hosting company I was using went out of business and so I had to start looking for another host. I looked around on WHT and saw all the reviews for HawkHost, so I figured I would give them a try. I tried the live chat and Brian was very professional and helpful! Then I had some more questions and e-mailed sales and Tony answered right away. We had a conversation via e-mail and I was impressed that someone was answering my e-mail at 10:30 PM (EST). So far, I am having a great experience with HawkHost and have already referred several people (I don't think they've signed up yet). I'm a Happy Camper!
