    Kayako users

Hi, We noticed that all hawkhost client area users map to the same kayako user, which is the main account owner. As our team is getting bigger, this is causing us some issues, because other people are never notified about support tickets they create. Is there any way to work around this ? We noticed that the "My Profile" area in kayako has an "Add email" option, but it doesn't seem to work. Are we limited to a single kayako user ?
  3. Hi, I found out that the webdrive that is configured in cpanel doesn't work through apache, but instead via a perl webdav server that doesn't support locks, making it useless for multi-user environments. Also, the cpanel option to configure the drive, if linux/konqueror is selected, won't work properly, since it won't allow the creation of files, just directories. I've found out that this has to do with the fact that konqueror isn't configured to not use locks. I'm not sure if this can be disabled in konqueror, but I don't think so. This appears to be common to all cpanel hosts across providers. Is there a solution for this ? Can mod_dav be used ? Either I'm missing something obvious or this is badly broken in cpanel. best regards, Ricardo Trindade
  4. Hi, I created ticket #IAN-160314 for this. best regards, Ricardo Trindade
  5. Hi, I'm having the same issues. Wouldn't it make sense to respond on the forums, so that others may reuse this knowledge later on ? I got the Rails part working with no issues at all, it works both in webrick (just for testing), and with mongrel started from cpanel. I tested it with lynx using the internal address (x.x.x.x:1200x/). What I can't get to work is the rewite part. I try to create the rewrite on cpanel, but I can't access the app from the internet. One thing I found odd was that the rewrite was created to x.x.x.x:12008/xpto, but using lynx the apps responds at x.x.x.x:12008/ best regards, Ricardo Trindade
