I'm not sure if this is the best forum to post this in but I've been meaning to do this and it looks like a good place.
I just want to say how happy I am with Hawk Host. I spent years with a very large hosting company and had endless problems. (I won't post their site here an give them another link.) I thought a large company would have a smooth operation and that their technical support must be large enough to handle any problem. What I found is they just didn't care. Their standard answers were "We don't provide that option." and "We don't see the problem on our end." I finally gave up.
I spent a lot of time looking and finally chose Hawk Host. What a difference! Number one, it just works. All the problems I had before no longer exist. The speed is just awesome. I have all of the features I want and more. I didn't know just how bad I had it before I changed host.
Support has been fantastic. I was a little concerned because I didn't see a support phone number. But in reality, the support tickets have been far better than my previous host. I was use to waiting hours or days for a response to phone call that my previous host invariably insisted I would have to submit a ticket for and it was usually a totally useless response. I have had to contact Hawk Host support a few times while learning the new features but support has responded fast and with real, meaningful answers.
