Nope, I haven't setup SPF and domain key records. Where is that available in the CPanel? Can you please guide me? And regarding the emails, the emails get sent to the spam no matter what I write, even if it's just a word.

I use a gmail id for all the official mails for my forum. But, somehow it's been marked as spam and potentially dangerous. Whatever mail I send or is sent from the forum is automatically put into the spam folder and marked with a red header stating that the user is trying to get your personal information. I have tried contacting gmail, but I haven't received any reply. Someone told me that it's due to my previous host, who were blacklisted by spam filters, and so the email was marked as spam. Can hawkhost do anything about it and help me out?

Ok, I got the hosting in the name of my friend whose credit card I used and it was a smooth transaction. Now, after I have got the hosting, can I change it to my names and update it with my details? I hope there wont be any problem now.

I bought a hosting today at HawkHost; and I needed to transfer my forum from my existing host to HawkHost. So, I sent a support ticket to the Support staff and they replied almost instantly. After they moved my forum (for free), there was some issue with the database, but after asking them to restore the correct database, they did it in 2 hours! I am really impressed with the support HawkHost has provided; I got my forum moved in well under 12 hours! That's really great; keep up the good work HawkHost and thanks to all those support guys who helped me out. Now, I know I have made the correct decision moving to HawkHost!

Is it possible for me to buy a shared hosting here using my friend's credit card? The hosting will be in my name, but I will be using my friend's credit card. Is this possible? Or do I have to provide the details of my friend in the place of mine if I use his credit card?

Hi, I have heard a lot about HawkHost being one of the best hosting companies out there. So, now it's my turn to move to HawkHost. I run my phpbb gaming forum and I am planning to shift it to HawkHost; but the problem is that I don't know how to move forums and I have no idea of how to do it. Is there any way someone from HawkHost can do the job for me? Would this charge extra? I need it to be moved fast cause my current host is being very crappy and is expiring within 4 days.
