I've seen that you opened a new datacenter in Amsterdam. My site is currently hosted in the Washington one. My question is, is it possible to move my site to Amsterdam as I live in Europe? How?

The domain of my site, not registered in Hawkhost, expires in December 2012. My question is, if I transfer it now to Hawkhost, when will it expire? December 2013?

I'm trying to manually renew my hosting subscription but I'm getting the following message:

"The credit card details you entered were declined. Please try a different card or contact support."

Any help would be appreciated. I already opened a sales support ticket.

Are you talking about leaving your domain name at Liveregistry? Then having hawkhost to be your web host? If so, The answer is yes. You sign up for web hosting account with hawkhost. You simply point your nameservers to hawkhost. HawkHost will email you with the information needed to put in your dns nameserver . Your domain name will remain with liveregistry. HawkHost will be your webhost.
