  1. Exactly. Right now they are not integrated several bugs made it even more confusing when it was integrated. This will be changed when we switch to a newer version of the support software that allows for easier integration between the software.

    When i try to register at (support.hawkhost.com), it says that email id already registered. But i have registered at this url, not sure if it is because i have an account in (my.hawkhost.com).

    i don't need anything except the way i can see the my support tickets status.

  2. If you simply e-mailed one of the support e-mails it should have e-mailed you a login. If not you should have had to setup a password if you submitted it through the actual support center (https://support.hawkhost.com). If you like there is a lost password feature you can use which should help you retrieve your password.

    We can move your website to a different server once the ticket is in :)

    But even in my panel that is my.hawkhost.com, i can't see the support ticket status and option to post one. Or do i need to make an another account for support portal as i made for forum

I just registered for shared hosting but in my client area i can see the support ticket status and no.s of tickets i submitted, I submitted a ticket and got the email but when i click that link to see the status of ticket it takes me to the support area but i cannt login so nt sure if my ticket has been submitted successfully.

    I want to change the server location, i need Dallas server only, as i am from India and it suits me best. I was told that i will be given option to chose server but did not get any so i submitted ticket to do it manually.
