For Asia audiences, which one is the better option, is it San Jose or Seattle ?

Currently we do not have services available in Asia, all of our hosting is based in the US (Dallas TX, Seattle WA, Washington DC, San Jose CA). By the end of the year we should be open in Singapore and Amsterdam assuming our provider stays on schedule

A Singapore server is nice.

I'm thinking to move one of my website from USA to Asia server, because Asia is the target audiences.

Hopefully everything on schedule.
