Also how can I make it so I can put my forum in the main directory.

BEcause right now to go in my forum it is : www.mechplayer.com/forum

Alright so with the cpanel you can use fantistico to install joomla and other portals

Well when you create it it says :

Leave empty to install in the root directory of the domain (access example: http://domain/).

Enter only the directory name to install in a directory (for http://domain/name/ enter name only). This directory SHOULD NOT exist, it will be automatically created!

SO what do i enter here?

When i leave it blank it says there are already files in the root directory so it cannot make it.
