  1. For hosting accounts there are bandwidth utilization warnings at 85%, 95% and 99% used. For resellers the account is not shutoff for being over your bandwidth. It just will not let you make new accounts and we could choose to charge for overage. Also for all accounts (shared and reseller) you can upgrade your account any time via our client area.

  2. I'm kind of afraid of moving to HawkHost from my current situation. Right now I'm hosting about 10 sites for my clients on one shared UNLIMITED EVERYTHING server at another host.. I know this is kind of bad form but they really are low traffic sites (less than 2 gb of bandwith a month) and less than 1 GB of total disk space.

    I want to get a reseller account and start "living right" and I really like hawkhost but I'm afraid of your bandwith limits. I know your lowest tier account would be plenty of bandwith for me but its still scary to think that if one of their sites gets a lot of traffic then everyone is offline with some message saying "Bandwith Exceeded" or something like that.

    And if that is the case what is my recourse for getting everyone back online?
