It's tough to do when you are coordinating with a artist for drawings another person for the site design then finally having programming done for it and content created. There were delays on numerous stages resulting in delays for the others. We have the programming side basically done and now it's just a matter of cleaning up the content.

Other than that, I like the idea of a "powered by" graphic. If no one else designs one, and if I have time when I get back from my NYC vacation, I'll see if I can't put something together.
Just wait, When HH releases the new site, you'll be surprised.

The other question was answered and I can confirm whether shared or reseller hosting it's easy to upgrade.
Now as far as helping us out a great way is to post a solid review. We get quite a bit of traffic from sites like http://www.webhostingstuff.com/ and http://hostjury.com/ to name two but I'm sure there are others. More reviews on sites like these help us out quite a bit. Never hurts to post your thoughts in a blog post on your site or something like that.
Now as far as powered by logo's or anything like that. Just wait until we have a new site and everything. We're going to have a mascot an awesome logo and a powerful interactive site. I just can't wait until it all comes together.

Had people saying all kinds of shit to me about HH because of missing pages.
I basically told them it was a mistake, and they haven't noticed yet.

Yes.
This is often there with many of hosts.
Just isn't recommended as it's not safe.

I am a current reseller for Hawkhost, and I get this same question very often.

Personally I use and love FlashFXP.
Can connect to two ftp sites/servers at once to make copying files from one site to another without the hassle of saving on desktop then logging in and uploading.
This is, FlashFXP costs, but I have a paid version that I bought so.
But, for free, Filezilla is the best.

It's a pain to keep matching skins for some software. It's a big reason our support system is no longer with a matching skin. vbulletin is one of the few that it's not as big of a pain to keep matching. It would probably just be the colors matching and not actually look like our site.
Tony, I know of a few, Low cost vbulletin theme designers and coders.
I will send you links via pm soon as I gather them.

I use to resell hosting for HH, but times are tough these days and I decided to quit reselling hosting. I now do web development. I used hawkhost for about a year, and I perfer them over my current host. (I'm thinking about switching back) Support was prompt and excellent. I rate them 11/10. I wish the best of luck to HH and all their clients.
I would like to give a special thanks to Cody, and Tony, for helping me along the way. I wouldn't be as far as I am if it wasn't for their help. Thank you guys.
