Yesterder I bought a shared hosting, I paid and waited for the activation message, but intead I received a refund and my request was marked as a Fraud in the client area. I'm a normal person, I am not interested in doing fraud to anyone, the point is that Hawkhost didn't send me a mail explening why they did that?, that way I would know how fix that problem from my side if I had it.
