hello hawk host staff I tried twice to submit a ticket via the support tab, to ask for support of course, each time getting this when clicking submit:
Now I just checked my e-mail to confim my registration and saw my support ticked was (twice)sent out, but I got an SQL error so how can I know ?

Edit: It seems I sent it out 3 times, very sorry about that.
Edit: Again, it seems to be 2 not, 3, I got a reply from the first ticket.
