Helpdesk Migration [05/13/2012]

Starting at 10PM EST on Sunday May 13th we will be performing an upgrade on our helpdesk ( to the latest version of our support software. During this maintenance window our helpdesk and ticket system may be unavailable.

Date: 05/13/2012

Start time: 10:00PM EST

End time: 6:00AM EST

Duration: 8 hours

Services affected: Support helpdesk and email tickets

Throughout the duration of this maintenance this thread will be used for status updates on our progress. Any emergency support issues can be addressed by calling 800-859-8803
