Memory Replacement [11/08/2011]

On Tuesday November 8th between 1:00AM and 4:00AM CST we will be replacing the memory on the Cobra server. This is due to the fact the system crashed earlier today due to bad memory and to avoid further issues we're going to replace the memory early in the morning on Tuesday. We estimate there will be about 30 minutes of downtime to replace the bad stick of memory in the system.

Emergency Maintenance [11/07/2011]

This machine crashed with a kernel panic due to what we believe is a hardware issue. We're currently having data center technicians investigate however at this time we believe some memory may have gone bad.

We'll post more information once we have it.

On Friday May 20th between 1:00am and 4:00am CDT we will be adding additional memory to the Cobra server to improve performance and general system stability. Adding the additional memory will require the machine to be turned off so there will be between 30 and 45 minutes of down time.
