My site takes 200GB up to 250GB/month based on cloudflare with visitor ~10.000 visits/day and it's still growing.

I'm using shared hosting on hawkhost but it's seems the cpu usage everyday at some hour it's reached CPU USAGE 99%.  Then my visitor is gone because my site can't running properly.

I would like to know, Do I need to upgrade the plan to have the site running fine?if yes what plan do I need to take?

What is the difference between shared hosting and cloud hosting? the price of the hosting package is the same. Does the cloud compute package need skill to configure the server? I honestly don't have the skills to do that.

The next question, if I rent a cloud compute package, do I also need to lease a litespeed license and cPanel license? What is the function of cPanel license and webhost lite license? Finally, is the cloud now available on the Singapore server?

My question is this: what effect will this have on Hawkhost pricing?
It seems to me that at $2-3 per month for shared hosting, a hike
in the cost of a cPanel license might eat into already tight margins.

I understand this is quite new and may take a while to sort out,
and, it would seem, the primary impact would be on Reseller accounts,
but once you do figure it out, it would nice to know its down-the-line knock-on effects.

Also, I see that on the https://cpanel.net/pricing/page  ("page" is not part of the link)
they mention Cloud Linux and Litespeed.  Does cPanel own those, too?

I understand fundamentally the differences between these two services, specifically regarding root access, managing the cloud server on your own, etc.

Wondering if there's any real performance difference?

I signed up for the cloud server hosting before the actual "cloud web hosting" was available, but don't really need root access or WHM. In fact, I'd prefer some of the hosting features HawkHost provides like SpamExperts and backups. And the cost is better. Plain old cPanel access is just fine for me.

I have the 4GB Cloud Server plan which includes 4GB of Ram and 2 CPUs. Would there be a noticeable performance difference between this and the cloud web hosting service? I use about 50GB of bandwidth per month, nothing too intensive.
