Is the Affiliate commission Recurring?

I am not sure based on your website if the commission is recurring or not. Meaning if I send someone to join for 1 year of shared hosting which would cost $47.88. Does that mean I would get the 40% commission every year that person is on Hawk Host? Meaning would I receive $19.15 every year? Or would I only receive one commission payment and then, would never receive any more commission from that person I referred, even if they stayed for many years after?

We've made some changes to our affiliate program which will greatly benefit any existing or new members of our affiliate program!

Effective immediately, our new commission payout percentage is 40% per sale (up from 25%). New affiliates will also receive a $15 deposit towards their overall affiliate balance.

I'm obviously missing this somewhere because it seems like such a basic part of the affiliate program, but how does the balance I've accrued get moved into Account Credit (and why isn't this done automatically, which would make sense to me)?

Visiting My Affiliate page shows that I've presently sitting at $47 for a Commissions Balance, but when I go to place any orders, however, the sidebar shows Credit at $0. When I get to the payment page of any order I'm presented with options for 'Paypal', 'Credit Card' and 'AliPay', but not my Affiliate credit.

I'm confused...

(If I've missed this explanation somewhere, please point me in the right direction, but this info really should be on the main Affiliate page, I think...)

I referred some one that payed $42.00 for a plan and it says I received $10.50 in commission for the sale...however it also says on my account that I only have $5.78 from that sale pending maturity. I was wondering why is it just $5.78 instead of the full $10.50? Thanks!

Clarification on affiliate terms

You state that your affiliate program pays 25% with a 60-day clearing period.

Does that mean if someone purchases a $5.95 month-to-month plan, the referring affiliate earns $1.49 on a recurring basis, or is it a once-off? Also wondering if the banners are coming soon. (although the answer to the first part will determine whether I'll be needing them...lol)

What is the current affiliate commission and settings?

[*] Earnings Amount: 40% of the total value of each order you bring in. If you bring in a $100 order you would get $40 in credit.

[*] Payout Amount: You can request a payout via PayPal or convert your earnings to account credit once you've reached $100 in matured commissions.

[*] Mature Period: You have to wait 60 days before being able to use any affiliate credit. This is for refunded or fraudulent orders.
