  1. I been here about a month and I am very pleased with the servcie, quick answer etc. However there is one thing I dont like. In my previous host the agents did not have access to my account, they asked me for username and pass if they needed to access to check something. Here the agents have access, maybe that is good, but I dont think they should have permission to change anything without permission. The other day I was testing installing wordpress and it did not work so I posted a ticket, and it did not work due to that I have a 301 for non www. to www.site. As the agent discovered that checkin my htaccess file he renamed it, just to show how it works now...... Luckily I was online and saw the email at once and renamed it back, as I have a rule that tells the server to serve all html pages as php, that meant my site did not work due to the renaming...... I suppose the agent thought it was a new nonworking site yet and renamned it, however I think that they should not be able to change anything without your permisssion, and if they must do to test, please change back at once as it was. For the rest, very happy
  2. Hi, I am preparing my site for mobiles etc, and keep checking the tests and headers, and one thing I should do is to add charset utf-8 to the http header. In this link to askapache.com there are several ways to add utf-8 as charset to the htaccess http://www.askapache.com/htaccess/setting-charset-in-htaccess.html And in the header I should get this when checking a .css file: Content-Type: text/css; charset=UTF-8 However adding any of them in the link to my htaccessfile I get this as result in the header: Content-Type text/css Anybody have an idea why it does not work in htaccess. The php files I fixed without htaccess adding a php header with the charset on every page. Thanks in advance
