Tony Posted May 21, 2010 Report Share Posted May 21, 2010 We have been notified by the raid card on the Bosco server that one drive on the system is reporting a large number of medium errors while another is reporting smart errors. As a result we will be replacing both drives immediately as we can hot swap them meaning no down time. We will replace the one with smart errors then allow for the new drive to rebuild then replace the one with medium errors and once again allow the drive to rebuild. While the new drives are rebuilding in each case restores may be slower than usual but nothing to extreme. Date: 05/21/2010 Start time (CST): 2:45pm End time (CST): ?
