I am able to receive new e-mail just fine using Outlook. However, when trying to send an e-mail out, the settings don't seem to be correct. Looking for some help. Depending on the error the issue may be easy to fix but you may want to consider reaching out to our helpdesk team (https://support.hawkhost.com) for assistance with this. That way they can pull up your account details, logs, etc, and try to replicate this problem directly. That unfortunately isn't something we'd be able to do through these forums.
