stefan Posted June 2, 2015 Report Share Posted June 2, 2015 Hello, Recently I sent support ticket about fail due invoices. Today I click "Add fund" to my hosting next week. But I forgot that my Paypal balance not enough. Because of 4 times fail, now + 1 = 5 times fail of Add fund, now I had 5 due invoice that shouldn't exist. Please help solve this. Because I want to add fund after this problem solved. I will make sure my Paypal balance enough next time I add balance again. Please next time when there is an error about "Add fund", either because not enough Paypal balance and other cause, don't generate invoice from that, it's bothering me. Please submit a ticket at https://support.hawkhost.comto our billing department and provide them with the list of the invoice #s you wish to have canceled.
