Has Hawkhost, maybe, contracted with another company to provide Hawkhost customer support or recently hired additional customer support people? We can now better handle all kinds of issues with much better response times then before no matter the time. I assume this is because you made a recent ticket and it was not resolved to your expectation? If so please provide the ticket number and I'll take a look. Tony I have no complaint with regard to my most recent support ticket. I marked it LOW priority. You guys responded fast, despit the LOW priority designation. In the last 2, or so, support tickets I have noticed differences with regard to the responses that were made.
