Please submit a ticket through https://support.hawkhost.com and provide us with the domain(s) you're looking to have this disabled on. If you're moving the domains to a new registrar you'll also want to make sure the registrar lock is disabled (can be done through the client area) and that your administrative contact email address is one you currently have access to.
