Our VPS plans are semi-managed, as we take no effort/steps outside the initial creation of the VPS to configure the server initially. That said if a user chooses to completely manage the VPS without contacting us that's an option. We provide semi-managed support in the event one does run into an issue, we want customers to know we're available if needed.
