1361
I was getting a weird email saying I was using too much disc space on an account of mine. When I would log into this account it would show way too much disc usage, but I could not find a file where it existed. It was just listed as other in one of the logs. Nothing really important was on this account, so I deleted the domain and account. Now I want to re-create the same account with the same domain again. I keep getting this error "Sorry, a DNS entry for thisdomain.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster". What do I need to do to move forward? Tony
You'll need to make a ticket as for whatever reason the cluster did not remove the domain when it should have when you terminated the account.
