I got email from abuse department 10th May 2013. Unfortunately, I'm on vacation from 9th - 12th May 2013. It is national holiday here. I got my account suspended on 12th may 2013. I replied email from your abuse department on 12th May, but I don't get any respond yet. Today I submit another ticket. It;s almost 1 hour, and I still don;t get any reply. Usually hawkhost only take 15 minutes to reply back my ticket.
How can I get my account back? Can you help me to enable my account so I can login to my cpanel and remove the malware?
